A new year and a giveaway

It started this year with the flu, but I have been working on some things that I would like to show you.

For this set and nighty I painted the fabric myself, could not find the right thin fabrics I wanted.

I saw my followers is still growing, therefore I have another give away.

Another corset

I have not much to tell you, I'm still working on some sets, a lot of sets......
But I like to thank you all for your lovely comments on my previous posts, I saw that I have over 600 followers now, so I have to make something for a giveaway soon.

I was thinking........

Could I make a set in 1:24 scale........?
Yes, it can, it is very small, but it does.......
And the bra can open!

The lace I used for finishing is a little too wide, but is there any narrower lace or trim?
This is the finest lace I have...

I used my ruler to see the size, it is in cm.
Sorry, the pictures are not so good, it is very colt and dark weather outside.

When I was watching everything I did for my ladies shop, I came across this corset.
I made this a while ago, and I thought, could this also in 1:24.....?


So I give it a try and here it is,

Need a size more?

Not all women have the same size, therefore this set for a bigger size.
I'm still working on the lingerie, and trying more other models too.
These cups are slightly larger and more closed to support the breasts, the panties have a bit of effort to correct the belly. I do not know if this are the right words for this.

What am I doing?

I'm trying to make shoes for the ladies shop, I thought I start with slippers, which look not so hard....... it really is very small!
I do not have the right leather for the soles, I used suede, this keeps fraying.

It seems that the giveaway of Geneviève is lost in the mail, so I'm of to make a new set for her, luckily she waits patiently.

More lingerie

I did make another set, this time I'm realy happy with it,

this one is made from differend old laces and is just the look that I wanted to have it. The pantie is just right now, not to big.

I got some mail, asking about my laces and fabrics.

Here are the 3 laces I used for this set. It is realy old and has some staining and discoloration.

1* From this lace I only used the fabric, it was a real measuring, because the fabric was not wide enough. For axample, the panties is out of 5 pieces, but you do not see anything of that.
2* This lace I used for the cups and the top of the panties.
3* This one piping and finishing.

He is here for a sleep over, so I'm off, playing with him before he is going to bed.

Lingerie

Yesterday I had some time to do something about miniatures, I'm still in the lingerie.
I created a new model bra, not the way I always did.
It had to seem like a real bra is.....

I'm not completely satisfied, must still consider how to make the back closure, there is a pin in now. The panties may be a little more sexy, which is very very solid now.
But it will do in a drawer of the ladies shop.
Need to make some more, it is fun to do!

Time

I just need more time......
It's been a while, huh? I was busy in the house of our daughter who was 3 weeks on vacation, tomorrow they come home. Then I can cuddle Dax again, I missed him.

I promised a few people a few things and they're almost ready, I hope that after the weekend I can bring them to the postoffice. I can not show you any pictures yet, then it is not a suprise.

Now everyone is on holiday, I have to work more days, so at night I am so tired that I often fall asleep on the couch.......
Now I'm so terribly behind in blogging, sometimes my lack of energy left to respond to your blog. I'm sorry about that!
I saw that my number of followers just keep growing....... It is al over 500!
I really think it's time for a giveaway, I've never done it ..........

A few days ago the giveaway from Linda, http://une-petite-folie.blogspot.com/, arrived!
It is a beautiful miniature book of Linda's french house, my petite maison.
The book was made by Maria, http://ilcucchiainomagico.blogspot.com/, and it is so beautiful made, you can realy read!

At first I could not believe I won that beautiful book, I can not discribe how happy I am with it!
I know I am a lucky winner.
It will have a place in my dollhouse shop, that I started a while ago........
I can not show you any pictures of it now, I took the front off to work on that, now the shop is a little dusty......
This is the last picture I took from it,

but with my beautiful present, all the more reason to go further and finished it.
